- Quotes provided are based on the damage visible at the time of assessment. If additional repairs are identified during service, we will notify the customer and provide an updated estimate for approval before proceeding.
- All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
1.3 Service Completion
- Most repairs are completed the same day. However, service timelines may vary based on the extent of the damage and other factors.
- Customers will be notified when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
1.4 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.
- Any unpaid balances are subject to late fees if not settled within 7 days.

2. Warranty and Guarantee

Our repair and paintwork include a 30-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or subsequent impacts.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading due to environmental exposure.

To claim a warranty repair, please provide proof of service and notify us promptly.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Vehicle Condition
- Customers must disclose any pre-existing issues with the vehicle that may affect repairs, including prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or structural issues.
- Vehicles must be clean and free of excessive debris to allow proper assessment and repair.
3.2 Pickup Policy
- Customers are responsible for picking up their vehicle at the scheduled time after repairs are completed. Vehicles left for longer than 7 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees.

Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information for quotes, appointments, and service updates.
4. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before service.
